The new legislation in force regarding the transfer of MINORS in Long Distance Transport, according to the Resolution 2016 - 43 - SECRETARIA DE GESTION DE TRANSPORTE (SECRETARY FOR TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT.)
MUST be accompanied by:
a) One (1) parent or legal guardian,
b) an authorized person.
AUTHORIZATION: must be granted by at least one (1) legal representative accrediting said representation through:
1) ID, stating the name of the legal representative,
2) Book of Marriage/Marriage Certificate with the birth of the seated minor,
3) Birth certificate or record,
4) Certificate of citizenship,
5) Passport,
6) Judicial testimony of adoption or public instrument that certifies the invoked link.
In addition, a document of the minor and the legal representative must be presented.
MUST be accompanied by:

b) Without an accompanying person with authorization granted by at least one (1) legal representative accrediting the representation through:
1) ID, stating the name of the legal representative,
2) Book of Marriage/Marriage Certificate with the birth of the seated minor,
3) Birth certificate or record,
4) Certificate of citizenship,
5) Passport,
6) Judicial testimony of adoption or public instrument that certifies the invoked link,
In addition, a document of the minor and the authorized legal representative must be accompanied.
The AUTHORIZATION shall be made by the authorizing officer in the company's ticket offices, or by an instrument signed before a notary public (Notary Public, whose signature must be legalized or competent Judge or Justice of Peace). In all cases, ALL documents must be submitted, ORIGINAL and copy - WITHOUT EXCEPTION
